Rent at Theatre Under The Stars marked my first production with TUTS, where I served as a Costume Design Apprentice—an experience that was especially meaningful to me as an entry point into professional musical theatre. Working closely with the costume design team, I assisted with design research and choices, supported fittings, took detailed notes, and shadowed professional designers throughout the process. This production was foundational in shaping my approach to costume design, offering invaluable mentorship, hands-on learning, and a deep appreciation for collaborative storytelling at a professional level leading me to my job at Theatre Under the Stars.
